A mobile solution for quality inspections — teams and suppliers submit reports with automated notifications and cloud uploads.
Built so internal teams and external suppliers can run quality inspections on their own phones. Inspectors scan the barcode on the packaging to pull the product number, PO number and quantity, complete an app-generated checklist, attach photos and submit. The system creates a PDF report, emails it to development and production stakeholders, and archives it in the cloud for authorized download.
It supports During Production Inspection (DPI) and Final Random Inspection (FRI) with category-specific checklists. A “Fail” or “Pending” result immediately notifies logistics and the supplier so shipping can be adjusted. Offline mode keeps it working where connectivity is poor, syncing results once the network is back.
