A set of automations that keeps task status, alerts and roll-ups running by the rules without anyone watching.
Challenge
External users sometimes changed task statuses by mistake, the same weekly roll-ups were done by hand, and passwords and keys risked being passed around in chat.
What I built
I built a status guard that reverts ClickUp status changes made by external users within six seconds and notifies the owner, message webhooks, and Power Automate flows for chargeback roll-ups and the inbound forecast. I also produced staff SOPs and training videos and set secret-handling rules such as "keys travel only as files, never in chat".
Outcome
Repetitive work and mistake recovery now happen automatically, and new staff can learn on their own from SOPs and videos.
My role
Chose what to automate and defined the rules, set the operating principles and reviewed the SOPs. Implementation was done with AI (Claude).
